We will use a special camera to scope the sewer line to visualize any blockages that are interfering with the plumbing system’s proper drainage.

1-YEAR WARRANTY INSPECTION

Within the first year of building, improvements and repairs can be made by the builder.

PRE-DRYWALL INSPECTION

During the home building process, a Pre-Drywall Inspection lets you see aspects of the interior before the drywall goes up.

WDO INSPECTION

A wood destroying organism (WDO) inspection will determine if there are any pests, such as termites in your home.

				My husband and I really wanted a thorough home inspection and Ben achieved that.  Very friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable, and professional individual.  Ben was attentive to detail and documented/captured all the meticulous details of the home in the report.Same day turn-around!He answered all of the questions and concerns we had and even crawled up the tiny maybe it’s a entry way for the attic/crawl space and made us feel confident in what we were purchasing.
