We will use a special camera to scope the sewer line to visualize any blockages that are interfering with the plumbing system’s proper drainage.

1-YEAR WARRANTY INSPECTION

Within the first year of building, improvements and repairs can be made by the builder.

PRE-DRYWALL INSPECTION

During the home building process, a Pre-Drywall Inspection lets you see aspects of the interior before the drywall goes up.

WDO INSPECTION

A wood destroying organism (WDO) inspection will determine if there are any pests, such as termites in your home.

				Everything about this experience was great! We are building new construction and live in a different state. We had an inspector lined up and something didn't work out, so we needed a new plan in a hurry. We were referred to Ben at Old Towne. He was able to fit us in on the builder's drywall schedule. We purchased the package for both pre-drywall inspection and final inspection. Today, we received our pre-drywall inspection report immediately after it was completed. 				Our Inspector, Ben, from Old Towne Inspection, LLC was prompt even though he incurred a small fender bender on the way to our new purchase site. He completed a thorough exterior, interior, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, structural and attic inspection. He even got up and walked and inspected the roof after it stopped snowing for about 1 hr. As a former home/ commercial inspector myself, he performed a " Top Notch Job"
