We will use a special camera to scope the sewer line to visualize any blockages that are interfering with the plumbing system’s proper drainage.

1-YEAR WARRANTY INSPECTION

Within the first year of building, improvements and repairs can be made by the builder.

PRE-DRYWALL INSPECTION

During the home building process, a Pre-Drywall Inspection lets you see aspects of the interior before the drywall goes up.

WDO INSPECTION

A wood destroying organism (WDO) inspection will determine if there are any pests, such as termites in your home.

				Yesterday we had a scheduled home inspection with Ben. He arrived on time and he was very personable and professional.  We walked through the house with him. He explained everything he would be looking at with us. He used infrared equipment to help to evaluate where the naked eye can not see. He was very informative and answered any questions that we had. He took his time went through every inch of our future home. Upon conclusion he told us we would receive a complete report via email to include pictures and video. Within 2 hours max we did receive the report. We were completely blown away by the detail he provided us. We are so pleased with his professionalism. I would HIGHLY recommend him and his business.
