Within the first year of building, improvements and repairs can be made by the builder.

PRE-DRYWALL INSPECTION

During the home building process, a Pre-Drywall Inspection lets you see aspects of the interior before the drywall goes up.

WDO INSPECTION

				We used Old Towne Inspection for a home inspection we're interested to buy. They were kind enough to schedule it the very next day and after hours. When we arrived at the house, Ben took the time to fully explain how he processes, answered all our questions and did a thorough inspection. After he was done, he showed and explained what issues he saw and told us we'd get our report the same evening. The report was available before we even got back home! It was exactly what he told us, it was clean and easy to go through. As a plus, they got a well made website where you download your report and can pay online as well, which is pretty convenient!Very happy with the service, definitely recommend!Thank you very much 🙂
