SEWER SCOPE INSPECTION

We will use a special camera to scope the sewer line to visualize any blockages that are interfering with the plumbing system’s proper drainage.

1-YEAR WARRANTY INSPECTION

Within the first year of building, improvements and repairs can be made by the builder.

PRE-DRYWALL INSPECTION

During the home building process, a Pre-Drywall Inspection lets you see aspects of the interior before the drywall goes up.

WDO INSPECTION

A wood destroying organism (WDO) inspection will determine if there are any pests, such as termites in your home.

				The Old Towne Inspection crew were very knowledgeable and impressive and did an excellent job. In the past six months I have been involved with three house inspections, and Old Towne was by far the best. They used the latest equipment and were extremely thorough with their inspection. I tagged along the entire time, and they were keen and courteous in answering my questions and in explaining any identifiable defects or required repairs.
