My husband and I are in the process of purchasing our first home and Old Towne Inspection was contacted to inspect the property that we are interested in purchasing. Benjamin was on-time and very friendly. He was thorough and explained his process before starting. He was willing to answer any questions that I had. However, what I appreciate the most is that he went over his findings in a way that I could understand after the inspection, emailed me a thorough report (that included pictures and videos), and was honest about what he found. The visit cost $430 and took 2.5 hours for a small, two bedroom home. I would highly recommend Old Towne Inspection and Benjamin to anyone who needs a home inspection.

I don't know too much at all when it comes to handy man/maintenance stuff. My husband had to be at work. So i was worried I'd have a hard time keeping up. Ben explained things to me in such an easy way for me to understand! For any questions I had. When I got there he explained to me what he had already done and what he will do next. He's personable and thorough w showing and explaining things to me. To what are minor and must needs. Even on the documents being colored and easily explained if you can not make the appointment yourself. He was also very responsive through out booking an appointment and squeezed us in. He reassured we could ask him anymore questions if we needed. Easy payment method w company. Definitely recommend them!
