RADON TESTING

SEWER SCOPE INSPECTION

We will use a special camera to scope the sewer line to visualize any blockages that are interfering with the plumbing system’s proper drainage.

1-YEAR WARRANTY INSPECTION

Within the first year of building, improvements and repairs can be made by the builder.

PRE-DRYWALL INSPECTION

During the home building process, a Pre-Drywall Inspection lets you see aspects of the interior before the drywall goes up.

WDO INSPECTION

A wood destroying organism (WDO) inspection will determine if there are any pests, such as termites in your home.

Ben was an absolute pleasure to work with... I reached out to him initially to get a feel for his process, pricing, and schedule, and from the first contact, he was very thorough and professional. He answered all of my questions, got me set up quickly for an inspection on the day I requested, and showed up promptly on the day of inspection. His inspection was thorough and he took the time to answer all of my (many) questions while we were at the house. After I received the report (which was a detailed, easy-to-read, photo-filled PDF), he was still there to answer follow-up questions. I highly recommend Ben to anyone needing an inspector in his service area!
