1-YEAR WARRANTY INSPECTION

PRE-DRYWALL INSPECTION

During the home building process, a Pre-Drywall Inspection lets you see aspects of the interior before the drywall goes up.

WDO INSPECTION

				My husband and I are first time home buyers and Ben was great. He was on time, professional, and you can tell he genuily cares for his clients and doing the best job he can. He was very outgoing and easy to talk to. Ben even brought an extra pair of shoes to use while inside the home.  He kept us up to date as he was doing the inspection and he briefed us of the report before we left.  We got his official report about 2 hours after the inspection was over. The report was very detailed and easy to understand. It included pictures and descriptions from Ben.
